    If you are struggling right now, whether or not your scores reflect it, whether or not you feel you've "earned" the right to need support, help is available.

    You do not need to meet any threshold. You do not need a diagnosis. You do not need to have had a specific outcome. Fertility treatment is hard.

    Pregnancy loss is a bereavement. The end of a treatment journey is a profound loss. You are allowed to reach out.

    Immediate Support

    Samaritans, 116 123 (free, 24 hours, 365 days)

    Your GP, no appointment needed in a crisis. They can also refer you to bereavement counselling if helpful.

    Part 3 of 4

    Your GP

    Your GP can issue a fit note, refer you to counselling, review your medication, and refer you to occupational health.

    You can ask your GP or HR to refer you to occupational health, or self-refer if your employer offers this.
