What We Collect and Why
When you use OccuFertility, we may collect: your email address (to sign you in, send password emails and, if you opted in, occasional insights); the treatment phase and context flags you select; your check-in responses including PHQ-4 scores and work impact ratings; and timestamps of your check-ins.
We collect this to show you relevant support content based on your situation.
If you answered the optional feedback questions, we also store your ratings and any free text you provided, to help us improve the app.
Where It's Stored
Your check-in responses, treatment phase, and wellbeing scores are stored in your secure OccuFertility account, whether you signed in with an email link or an access code. If you have never signed in, your preferences stay in your browser only and are not sent to our servers.
Your email address is stored on our account system. Feedback responses are stored separately.
Who Sees It
Individual responses stay with you. Where this is provided through an employer, they only ever receive anonymised, aggregated patterns. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except with the technology providers who help us run the app, under strict data processing agreements.

The following companies process personal data on our behalf, each under a data processing agreement:

How Long We Keep It
Your health-related data is retained for up to 12 months from your last check-in, after which it is automatically deleted. If you delete your account or ask us to, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time in Settings, or by emailing info@herholistichealth.co.uk. Your email address is deleted when you close your account.
If you opted into anonymised research, your data may first be anonymised and retained in our research cohort. It cannot be linked back to you after that point.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can withdraw consent and close your account in Settings. To exercise any right, email info@herholistichealth.co.uk and we will respond within one month, as UK GDPR requires.
If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or call 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we make significant changes to this notice, we will email you before they take effect.
