Model 01: Referral Signpost
You signpost employees to OccuFertility from inside your existing service. We stay branded as us. Simplest to roll out, no integration needed.
Model 02: Co-Branded Surface
Employees arrive on a page that carries both your name and ours. Same content, same governance, joint visual identity.
Model 03: Full White-Label
Foundations and Toolkit appear inside your platform under your brand (available on request: contact us to discuss).
Aggregate insights become per-client-employer panels you can share with the employers you serve, k-anonymised for privacy. Contact us for commercial threshold details.

How the Pilot Works
What Your People Get
- A private space to check in during fertility treatment
- A GP summary they control and choose whether to share
- A line manager brief and occupational health note template
- All free. All private. No individual response is ever shared. Anonymised group patterns are shared only if each person turns this on, and they can turn it off in Settings.
What Your Organisation Gets
- An anonymous group report once at least 50 of your people have joined and checked in
- Group figures only: how many people use it, the share of people in each work ability and work impact band, and how many used each tool. No mood scores or risk groups
- Individual responses are never shared with anyone
Consent and Opting Out
- Each person chooses whether their anonymous data is included in your group report. It is off until they turn it on
- They can turn this off at any time in their Settings
