Model 01

How the Pilot Works
What Your People Get
- A private space to check in during fertility treatment
- A GP summary they control and choose whether to share
- A line manager brief and occupational health note template
- All free. All private. No individual response is ever shared. Anonymised group patterns are included by default and can be turned off in Settings.
What Your Organisation Gets
- An anonymous group report once at least 10 of your people have joined and checked in
- Group averages: average wellbeing scores, risk bands, the percentage who used each tool
- Individual responses are never shared with anyone
Consent and Opting Out
- By joining with your code, each person's anonymous data is included in your group report by default
- They can turn this off at any time in their Settings
